copywriting & editing
Stormy wrote her first short story in third grade. Her mother probably still has it somewhere. She won the school spelling bee in fifth and sixth grades. Her junior year in high school, Stormy decided it would probably be a good thing to learn to type.

Two English teachers, Jane Roudebush Murray (ninth grade) and Loretta Taras (twelfth grade), taught her to love the art of a finely crafted phrase and the importance of keeping those infinitives from splitting.

When times were tough, Stormy brought it all together and got a scholarship to pay for a journalism degree.

Over the years, one thing was always clear to Stormy: no matter what kind of work you do, it always helps if you can read and write.

If you’d like to see other examples of specific types of work, please contact Stormy at stormcat2@fewspot.com. Be forewarned: if you send me a chain letter, I will probably edit it.
